- Before the consultation, an in-depth intake questionnaire, an evaluation of your sleep concerns and child's history will take place.
- 1 hour phone consultation to discuss your sleep concerns and discussion on how to implement healthy sleep habits starting that night. This hour is dedicated to discussing options of behavioral training methods that are matched to your family's sleep philosophy as well as your child's temperament and emotional well-being.
- Upon completion of the consultation, a detailed written plan with directions on how to implement behavioral training methods that have been matched to your family will be given to you. You will then have a period of about 1 week to implement healthy sleep habits outlined in the plan before beginning behavioral training.
- Once you are ready to start behavioral training, you will have 3 weeks of unlimited support in the form of email, text messages, and/or 1 phone call per day. I will review logs and check in every morning during the first 5 days of implementing your plan.
- You'll be given the Free gift of Baby Connect App to track your child's sleeping, eating, and activities.
