I never knew what "tired" meant until I had my first baby. The sleep deprivation is the one thing you cannot prepare for and the hardest thing about being a new mom. Once I taught my daughter how to sleep, the clouds lifted and I was able to not only see the world clearly, but to enjoy my newborn. If I can help families achieve restful nights, then I'm confident they can be prepared to take on all other aspects of parenthood.
