- Before the consultation, an in-depth intake questionnaire and evaluation of your sleep concerns and child's history will take place.
- 1 hour phone consultation to discuss your sleep concerns and discussion on how to implement healthy sleep habits starting that night. This hour is dedicated to discussing options of behavioral training methods that are matched to your family's sleep philosophy as well as your child's temperament and emotional well-being. You will also receive education on the science of sleep, establishing healthy sleep foundations, and age-appropriate development.
- Upon completion of the consultation, a detailed written plan with directions on how to implement behavioral training methods that have been matched to your family will be given to you. It is then up to you to carry out the behavioral method outlined in the plan and no additional support is provided beyond distribution of the plan.
