Products to Love

Clients often ask me "what's a lovey?" or "which white noise machine is best?" or "do you have a favorite transition swaddle?" Lovey or Security Blanket

A lovey is an item that baby can use for comfort, familiarity, and self-soothing.  I love the ones that Aden & Anais make because they are a breathable fabric which means that baby can have it in the crib with them from day 1.  Wear it under your shirt for a few hours so that it smells like you, which will provide comfort to your child.

Transition Swaddle

A transition swaddle is always optional since you can typically take one arm at a time out of a swaddle to transition, but sometimes having a specific product to turn to can help.

Co-Sleeper

Many families want to be able to sleep right next to their babies, but given how dangerous it is to have your baby sleep in your bed, it's safest to give baby their own space to sleep, while mom is within arm's length at night.
