With this package you'll receive education on the foundations of sleep and how to apply these to your family.  This is typically when more behavioral work is needed to help teach your child independent sleep skills.

• Nursery/Bedroom assessment (via in person, Skype, or FaceTime)
• Free gift of the Baby Connect app (to track baby's day)
• Baby temperament assessment
• Daily check-ins to review progress for up to 1 month (or until sleep goals are achieved)
